Sizes and Type

  • Available in Beads form in sizes 1.6 and 2.5 mm.
  • Pallets form are available in diameter of 1.0-1.3 and 3.0-3.33 mm.
  • Various grades of molecular sieves are produced based on the Pore Size and Crystal structure.
  • These include: 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X


Carbon Molecular Sieve is a synthetic adsorbent specially


Developed for use in Nitrogen Generation by adsorbing Oxygen from atmospheric air.


Application in Natural Gas and Petrochemical Industry

Natural Gas Drying and Purification

  • Molecular sieves remove moisture, hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide, and mercaptans from natural gas streams
  • To prevent corrosion and hydrate formation in pipelines and equipment.


Hydrocarbon separation

  • They are used to separate hydrocarbons
  • Including normal paraffin from branched and cyclic compounds
  • To produce cleaner fuels


LPG sweetening

  • In the aerosol industry, molecular sieves remove sulfur compounds, like mercaptans, from liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to eliminate bad odors


Catalyst support

  • They provide a stable structure for catalysts
  • Used in cracking, isomerization, & polymerization processes


Industrial Gas Separation Oxygen and Nitrogen Generation

  • Carbon molecular sieves are essential in Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) systems to separate nitrogen and oxygen from compressed air for medical and industrial applications


Air Purification

  • In cryogenic air separation units, sieves remove water and CO2 from the air feed to prevent equipment freeze-up before liquefaction


Argon Purification

  • They assist in the preparation and purification of argon gas

Solvent drying

  • Molecular sieves offer a superior method for drying solvents in the lab and in manufacturing, ensuring purity for chemical synthesis and other applications


Ethanol dehydration

  • They are specifically used to remove water from ethanol for use as a fuel additive

  • Molecular Sieves are filled in small sachets like 1g, 5g etc. 
  • For electronics, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals to maintain a dry environment and prevent moisture damage
